About Me
My journey is a little different than the ‘lose weight, get fit’ transformation story. I have always been skinny up until I had my two boys. Being a wife and mom is time consuming and I was not making time for myself. It left me unhappy and unhealthy. I had to find my motivation to be me again. Bikini Bodybuilding got me back on track, strong, confident and full of life. I am so thankful for my fitness journey. It has made me a better wife, a better mom, a better personal trainer, and made me whole again. I wan't nothing else but to help others feel the same way I do.

I like to help anyone and everyone on a fitness/lifestyle journey. My clients have included Males and Females ranging in ages of 13-70. Whether you are just beginning, hit a plateau, into Bodybuilding, or just want some spice to your routine I can help. When you participate in my Fitness Program, you’re joining a community of like-minded individuals looking to expand their understanding and transform themselves into the best version possible.

When I first spoke to Jayme, I didn’t know how I wanted to get my “pre-baby” body back. I just knew I wanted and had to achieve that goal. After doing some research, I knew that i wanted to do a physique competition. It wasn’t an easy task. 16 weeks of pushing my body to the limits. There were days I didn’t think I could eat another plate of chicken and vegetables or possibly do another set. But Jayme was there every step of the way. When the meal plan became redundant, she found a way to switch it up. When I thought I was putting in all this work, and not gaining results, Jayme made me believe in myself and the work. There are ways to achieve that dream body in an unhealthy way. One of the biggest things that made me respect Jayme, her approach, and her knowledge, is that she went about my meal plan and my workouts in the healthiest manner. After a very rigorous 16 weeks, I ended up making a 20+ pound weight loss and also took 4th place in my FIRST show! I wouldn’t have bestowed my trust then, or even now, in anyone else but Jayme!
